Commercial Loan Director
MetroPros Capital has current openings for exceptionally talented individuals with prior
experience as a commercial loan officer or director. Positions are available both in Uptown
Funding’s current Dallas office, as well as to open up new markets not yet served by Uptown
Funding. Candidates must have strong sales skills, solid understanding of real estate finance,
and an existing sales client base.

Commercial Loan Associate
MetroPros Capital is recruiting talented candidates for its commercial loan director training program. The associate program is designed to teach candidates all aspects of the real estate finance industry, with the goal of them ‘graduating’ to a commercial loan director position after two years. Ideal candidates have earned a college degree within the last three years, have strong communication skills and quantitative aptitude, and a desire to work hard to support the organization.
