Investment Structure of Debt:

  • Investment grade debt provided from HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac or CMBS plus Equity
    for select acquisitions
  • Maturities ranging from 1-10 years; target maturities 3-10 years
  • Mezzanine debt and/or preferred equity

Joint Ventures and Strategic Alliances:

  • Passive Equity/Debt Investments up to 97% of Transaction Requirement
  • Targeted Equity Investments
  • Target focus $5 million – $100 million for each individual investment

Investment Structure :

  • Preferred equity with vote on major decisions
  • Target 2-5 year hold period
